Warranty Terms and Conditions 

Infrared Saunas 

Domestic use warranty: 

Parts Warranty: 3 years from the date of purchase.  

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications and improper maintenance. 

Commercial use warranty: 

Parts Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Ice Baths 

Domestic Use Chiller Warranty: 

Parts Warranty: 18 months from the date of purchase.  

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, and improper maintenance. 

Commercial Use Chiller Warranty: 

Parts Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Cedar Tub Warranty: 

Warranty: 5 years structural warranty from the date of purchase. 

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications and improper maintenance. 

Important Note: Red Cedar timber comes in various shades and every tub is unique. We cannot guarantee all tubs will look the same. 

General Terms 

What to do if you encounter an issue: 

Contact us: Email sales@peninsulasaunasandicebaths.com.au with a detailed description of the issue and photos (or videos) showing the defect. 

Resolution Process: 

Spare Parts: If the issue can be resolved with spare parts, they will be sent to you at no cost. 

Replacement: For defects that cannot be resolved with spare parts, a replacement will be provided. The return of the defective product may be required. 

Refunds/Credits: If neither a spare part nor a replacement is available, you may be offered a partial or full refund on the safe return of the product. 

General Exclusions 

Normal wear and tear. 

Damage from misuse, abuse or modifications. 

Minor cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality. 

Failures due to lack of proper maintenance. 

Important Points 

DIY Solutions: For minor issues, you may be required to perform simple DIY fixes. 

Product Maintenance: Regular maintenance is necessary to ensure longevity. This includes using care products and protecting outdoor products from environmental conditions. 

Legal Rights 

These warranty terms are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
